Sichuan Jiaqirui Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaqirui") is a high-tech enterprise controlled by Houpu Clean Energy (Group) Co., Ltd. Established in November 2010 and located at No. 551 Wanglong Road, Xindu High-Tech Industrial Park, Chengdu, the company specializes in aviation tooling design, manufacturing and assembly, aviation component production, and sheet metal forming.

Jiaqirui is equipped with advanced facilities, including five-axis and three-axis gantry machining centers, vertical CNC machining centers, three-coordinate gantry measuring machines, and bridge-type measuring systems. Its production workshops feature automated scrap recycling systems and centralized liquid distribution systems. The company utilizes an MES-centered management platform integrated with process business systems, tool warehouse management systems, MDC/DNC online monitoring systems, and human resource management systems. With over 170 employees (including 19 technicians, 30 quality inspectors, and 60 operators), Jiaqirui has built a skilled technical team to support R&D and manufacturing of new products, materials, and processes.

Over the past decade, Jiaqirui has contributed to the development and production of nearly 20 aviation models, involving over 1,000 precision components. The company holds 14 utility model patents and 5 software copyrights, forming a portfolio of core technologies widely applied in its main business.
